• Email address — If you subscribe to our newsletter on greatwithtech.com, we collect your email address to send you updates and content.
• Survey responses — If you complete the survey at survey.greatwithtech.com, we collect your answers to questions about your AI usage, goals, obstacles, and content preferences. Email is optional on the survey.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Sites, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Survey responses are stored in a dedicated, isolated database separate from all other systems. Email addresses are managed through Buttondown. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

• Email addresses: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Unsubscribe at any time.
• Survey responses: Retained indefinitely to inform content and product decisions.
• Analytics data: Anonymized and retained indefinitely.
